I am trying to cook nice meals every night this week because we will be in Belize next week and there are no guarantees of getting decent food.  It has been pretty cold out, so I made chili one night, Lasagna Tuesday night, and chicken and noodles last night.  It was so pretty I decided to take a picture!!
