Cold weather and warm babies

The snow has melted and we had a glorious two days of forty degree temps!  Now it has dropped again and is very windy.  Nathan is leaving for Nicaragua on Sunday and I am extremely jealous of the fact that he will be in tropical weather!  Not to mention that he will be staying in a nice hotel and have every evening all to himself, uninterrupted.  But I sure am enjoying these last few baby days, so I can't complain too much.  I know the day will come that I will wish to have those interruptions once again.  I am so blessed with five beautiful children, and since our oldest will be seventeen in a few months, I am all to aware of how quickly time passes.

Oh, how true this is... my "baby" just turned 10yo. TEN! I cannot believe it... when my oldest turned ten, I considered her practically grown up, lol. It makes me realize that this next phase of life is going to come up on me faster than I can imagine. I'm praying that the Lord will help me to transition well. I'm actually thinking of writing something about it, but I need to let all of the thoughts whirl around in my head for a bit more before I write anything down.
Hope you are doing well, m'dear. and I hope you don't mind but I put your blog on my "follow" list
